This booklet contains an educational resource for non-Aboriginal students to learn about issues facing First Nations and Inuit youth in today’s society. The booklet presents five narratives representing youth in Aboriginal communities across Canada: Mohawk in Quebec, Mi’kmaq in Nova Scotia, Inuit in Nunavut, Cree in Saskatchewan, and Nisga’a in British Columbia. Topics of educational activities are: creating understanding, media comparisons, Aboriginal artistic expression, and surveying the experts. Includes a list of resources.
