520 |aThe status of Atlantic salmon in two systems, namely Rocky River and Little River are assessed. In 1998 the Rocky River achieved its highest adult escapement. Egg deposition for each watershed was 54% and 50% respectively of the required conservation egg deposition. The 1997 Rocky River smolt count of 12,163 was the third highest on record.
