"Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada provides a grant to the Internal Trade Secretariat Corporation (ITSC) towards its operating costs, in accordance with Canada's intergovernmental Agreement on Internal Trade. The federal government, all provinces and two territories are signatories to the Agreement. Although Nunavut is not a signatory to the AIT, it has observer status.
