"This guide has been developed to assist in the completion of a project proposal for the Post-Secondary Institutions Strategic Investment Fund (SIF) and provides information on the assessment criteria against which project proposals will be assessed. The Post-Secondary Institutions Strategic Investment Fund (SIF) is a time-limited program that will provide up to $2 billion to accelerate strategic construction, repair and maintenance activities at universities and colleges across Canada.
