Palynological analysis of two Labrador Shelf wells : Petro Canada et al. Rut H-11 and Eastcan et al. Karlsefni A-13 / [by] R.A. Fensome. : M183-2/7738E-PDF

This palynostratigraphic study of Karlsefni A-13 and Rut H-11, located in the Saglek Basin on the Labrador Shelf, has led to considerable refinement of our understanding of the ages of the rocks penetrated in the two wells. Such knowledge is vital to development of evolutionary models of the Saglek Basin, a key target for hydrocarbon exploration. Publishing the report will help federal, provincial and industrialists to gain a more accurate knowledge of the geology of this area and hence help in the search for new resources.
