Forming part of the Government of Canada’s Clean Air Agenda (CAA) Adaptation Theme, the Heat Resiliency Program is a four-year (2007 to 2011), $7.9 million, research and development program. The objective of the Heat Resiliency Program is to reduce the vulnerability of communities and Canadians from extreme heat events in a changing climate.
