"This evaluation examined the ongoing relevance and performance of Administrative Systems Cluster Management (ASCM) located within the Shared Services Integration Sector of Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) for the fiscal period 2006/2007 to 2011/2012. ASCM provides operational support to departments and agencies using five financial, materiel and human resources Information Technology (IT) systems. ASCM is available to all federal departments and agencies as an optional service. ASCM operates on a cost recovery basis: it generated $24.2 million in revenues and incurred $23.9 million in operating costs in 2011-2012"--Main Points, p. i.
