“This short document provides a summary of research undertaken in relation to Gitksan and Wet'suwet'en experiences with federal, provincial and third party bilateral negotiation processes. It is the intent of the research to examine real cases in order to gain insight into how these processes were viewed from the aboriginal perspective, especially in relation to judging the relative success of their outcomes"--Executive summary, p. 4.
