520 |a"The statistics of school attendance as presented in this Bulletin are based on information collected by the enumerators in the Fifth Census relative topersons attending a school or other place of learning during the calendar year 1910 ... The total number of persons between the ages of 6 and 20 at the date of the Census was 2,141,909 of which 1,801,779 or 84.12 per cent were Canadian born, 6.65 per cent British-born" and 9.23 per cent Foreign-born.
