This is volume two of a two-volume report. Volume one deals with the broad social, economic and environmental impacts that a gas pipeline and an energy corridor would have in the Mackenzie Valley and the Western Arctic. In it certain basic recommendations are made. This second volume sets out the terms and conditions that should be imposed if, in the future, a pipeline is built and an energy corridor is established in the Mackenzie Valley.
