"The housing renovation industry seriously needs to assess how it will use this technology to its best advantage. This study presents issues and information for such a discussion and it is also a good benchmark for monitoring future developments. This study was researched almost totally through the use of the Internet. The only exceptions were the use of the telephone to interview those renovators who do not use the Internet in their business and the use of a printed textbook for advice on the writing of HTML source code"--Executive Summary.
