"This document contains the proceedings from the meeting held within the regional assessment of Lumpfish in the Gulf of St. Lawrence (3Pn, 4RS). This review process was held on February 18th, 2016 at the Maurice Lamontagne Institute in Mont-Joli. This meeting gathered about twenty participants from sciences to management. These proceedings contain the essential parts of the presentations and discussions held and list the recommendations and conclusions that were presented during the review"--Summary, p. iii.
