In this study, the team wanted to determine: the proportion of entrepreneurs who are product oriented versus service oriented; the aspects entrepreneurs feel would be most beneficial to their overall operation, as well as those they actually addressed that were beneficial to their organization; the external factors that most affect their company; the level of responsiveness and adaptation of their management team; the level of flexibility and innovativeness of their operations team; the ways entrepreneurs deal with fluctuating workloads and information overload; the overall use of project management software"--p. 4.
