Saint John housing atlas . : CS98-1941M-22E-PDF

"Two sets of 1941 housing and population data for the city of Saint John will be found in this publication. The first is a statistical record in three sections, one for the city proper, another for the metropolitan fringe around the city, and a combined record for the whole metropolitan area. The second set is in map form and covers only the city proper. Its purpose is to provide a basis of visualizing the housing conditions of the wage-earner group of households, i.e., those in which the household head is a wage-earner. This is a large group including 66 p.c. of all households in Saint John"--Introductory, p. 1.
