"The purpose of this report is to summarise the findings of an evaluation of the Warsak Hydroelectric Program. Fieldwork for this evaluation was carried out in April, May and June 1999; data for the evaluation were collected through document review, key-person interview, focus group meetings, field-site visits, village surveys and case studies. Overall some 50 persons in Canada and in Pakistan were contacted for the study, and about 50 community women and men interviewed."--Introduction.
