Brief references have been made to the principles and procedures involved. It outlines, in brief, procedures to be followed when a new co-operativeis born. Co-operatives are incorporated under Provincial/Territorial legislations which vary from province to province, therefore this publication only deals with the principles which are applicable under all legislations.
