“Prior to this study there was a sense that current heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems for high-rise multi-family buildings were often failing to perform satisfactorily. In order to identify the problem areas, and the extent to which such problems might exist, the Canada Mortgage & Housing Corporation commissioned this current work"--Abstract.
