Small business and co-operative management training NWT : reports, evaluations and studies 1964-1970. : R44-16/1975E-PDF
"The Management Training Program presently implemented by this Department had its origin in the former Small Business Branch of the Department of Trade and Commerce. This Branch was established in 1962 in order to provide a wide range of services for small businesses in recognition of their economic importance to Canada. A Management Training Section was set up in this Branch when it was determined, after extensive study, that there was a substantial need to improve managerial skills of small business owner-managers."--History.
