"In the fall of 2016, the Office of the Auditor General (OAG) released a performance audit whose focus was to determine “whether the Canadian Armed Forces implemented appropriate systems and practices to recruit, train, and retain the Regular Force members needed to achieve its objectives.” On 3 May 2017, the House of Commons Standing Committee on Public Accounts (the Committee) held a hearing on this audit"--Introd., p. 2.
