5203 |a"The Quality Assurance Survey (QAS) is designed to determine the accuracy of classification of establishments on the Business Register (BR). During the most recent QAS in 2002, a review of the methodology was done in order to determine how the survey could be improved. In order to accommodate the continuing emphasis on revenue related estimates, one of the potential changes in the methodology is in how the stratification is carried out. Another change is in the collection process and it deals with who is performing the coding. This working paper examines both the current methodology used during the 2002 QAS and a template that can be used for a future QAS that incorporates the changes discussed in order to improve the quality of the results"--Abstract.
