"This report presents the findings of the evaluation of the RADARSAT-2 Major Crown Project (MCP). The evaluation was undertaken to respond to the requirements for an evaluation of the project as outlined in the Treasury Board Secretariat (TBS) policies on Project Management and on the Management of Major Crown Projects. The Canadian Space Agency (CSA) engaged Government Consulting Services (GCS) to undertake the evaluation"--Exec. Summary.
