“This manual provides the operational-level doctrine for the core Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) capability of intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR). While intended primarily for the operational level, it also describes fundamentals applicable at the strategic and tactical levels. This manual has been designed for use by RCAF personnel and units engaged in the planning and execution of ISR operations, including defining and managing information requirements, coordinating and executing information collection as well as processing and assessing the collected data. The manual supersedes B-GA-402-000/FP-001, Canadian Forces Aerospace Sense Doctrine, 1st Edition, August 2012.
