"The Community Liaison Committee was established in response to public concerns regarding the safety and containment procedures of the facility. The Committee seeks out and provides accurate information to the community in order to foster a greater understanding of the activities of the CSCHAH, and also monitors safety issues for the community and for the staff of CSCHAH."--p.4, 2005/2006 and 2006/2007.
