Standard commodity classification manual : vol. II - classified index. : CS12-515/1959E-PDF

"Volumes I and II of the Standard Commodity Classification were published in 1959. In the meantime much work has been done preparing versions of the SCC for use in classifying exports and imports and the new Export Commodity Classification is being implemented in January 1961. Continuing contact is maintained also with industry associations and representatives of firms that use the official statistics. From time to time with the introduction of new materials, methods and products, it is necessary to amend the commodity classification."--Amendment, p. 1.
