"Between 1 April 2013 and 30 November 2016, the OAG conducted a performance audit that was made public in the spring of 2017, and “focused on whether Transport Canada assessed and addressed civil aviation infrastructure needs in Canada’s north to ensure a safe and efficient civil aviation system.” The House of Commons Standing Committee on Public Accounts (the Committee) held a hearing on 3 October 2017 to discuss the audit"--Introd., p. 2, 3.
