"The purpose of this report is to present a research-oriented perspective on the proposed changes to EARP. In preparing this document CEARC reviewed the results of the first four years of its research activities. It also held a joint meeting with the Canadian Environmental Advisory Council (CEAC) to discuss the reform of EARP.
