"Consistent with Paragraph 1 of the Approval of the Agreement-in-Principle Chapter, we are writing to confirm that negotiations have reached a point where we are prepared tobring this Agreement-in-Principle, in its entirety and dated for reference June 6, 2003, to our principals for approval. As set out in Paragraph 2 of the General Provisions Chapter,the Agreement-in-Principle will form the basis of Final Agreement and Governance Agreement negotiations. The Parties are committed to carrying out their approval processes in a timely fashion"--Recommendation Letter.
