"This evaluation was completed by the Evaluation, Performance Measurement and Review Branch with support from T.K. Gussman and DPRA Canada. It fulfills the Treasury Board’s requirement for an evaluation of the implementation of First Nations Oil and Gas and Moneys Management Act (FNOGMMA) Program, prior to the renewal of its terms and conditions. The primary objectives of the evaluation are to assess the FNOGMMA Program with respect to the following overarching issues: relevance; design and delivery; performance (progress towards achieving outcomes, demonstrations of efficiencies and cost-effectiveness); and identification of future considerations"--Executive summary.
