"This integrated Results‐based Management and Accountability Framework (RMAF) and Risk‐Based Audit Framework (RBAF) provides results‐based management and accountability information for all the NCE program’s activities.   It also provides an assessment of risk and mitigation strategies for managing key risk areas.  The RMAF and RBAF are highly integrated. The results logic and risk assessment were coordinated to enable results and risk to be managed as one process.
