520 |a"The Senate Committee on Official Languages has embarked on an ambitious, five-part study on the modernization of the Official Languages Act. Senators chose to begin their consultations with Canadians by focusing on young people. Although this first report makes no recommendations, it summarizes young people's proposals to modernize the Official Languages Act, which the Senate Committee will use to guide its next steps. The Committee intends to consult with four other segments of the population over the next two years, and to report on their views.
