"The effects of methylmercury-treated grain (methylmercury dicyandiamide) on penned pheasants (Phasianus colchicus) were studied in a two-way factorial experiment, the factors involved being mercury levels (100, 50 and 25 percent treated grain in the grain ration) and the length of the experimental feeding period (2, 4 and 12 weeks). An additional three groups served as controls"--Abstract.
