"This Risk Assessment is department-wide in nature. It identifies and documents the Privy Council Office’s (PCO) personal information holdings, where those holdings exist, and provides information on the controls and processes PCO is using to manage these holdings. The assessment includes consideration of the Personal Information Banks (PIBs) contained in the Info Source system which describe categories of personal information collected by PCO including how that information is to be handled, used, retained, and disposed of.
