"This report documents bird use and numbers on the Cluxewe River estuary and adjacent saltmarsh near Port McNeill, British Columbia over the period 23 September 1990 through 22 September 1991. In addition, data collected during preliminary inventories conducted by the Canadian Wildlife Service before the designation of the Cluxewe River Conservation Area as well as observations by other naturalists have been included in this report. The results will be of interest to both the wildlife manager and the birdwatching public who want to know more about the avifauna of the Cluxewe River estuary and saltmarsh"--Introd., p. 2.
