"For three years (1993 - 1996), volunteers conducted monthly waterbird surveys at four locations around Sydney, Nova Scotia; 1) at the Sydney Tar Ponds, 2) off the Lingan Power Plant , 3) along the east side of the South Arm of Sydney Harbour, and 4) along the Sydney River under the three bridges.
