Evaluation of the Wildlife Compliance Promotion and Enforcement Program . : En4-338/2018E-PDF

"This report presents the results of the evaluation of Environment and Climate Change Canada’s (ECCC’s) activities related to the Wildlife Compliance Promotion and Enforcement (WCPE) Program. The evaluation was conducted by ECCC’s Audit and Evaluation Branch to meet the requirements of the 2016 Treasury Board (TB) Policy on Results. It covered issues of relevance, effectiveness and efficiency related to overall program design and delivery. The WCPE Program was previously included in an evaluation of the Enforcement Program in 2009"--Executive summary.
