"The work reported here is part of project 6.1.3.2, Seabed Stability on the Continental Slope, within the Department of Energy, Mines and Resources, Energy Research and Development program. The objective of this project is to identify and where possible alleviate geological constraints to production of hydrocarbons from the offshore. This open file consists of a photographic mosaic of sidescan images, selected larger-scale sidescan records, and examples of sub-bottom profiles, together with an explanatory report"--Purpose + Abstract.
