"Included in the 2018 Spring Reports of the Office of the Auditor General of Canada (OAG) is a section entitled “Message from the Auditor General,” whose purpose was to “explore the cause of incomprehensible failures in government.” As such, the Message addressed several themes pertaining to the administration of the federal government. In the Spring of 2018, the House of Commons Standing Committee on Public Accounts (the Committee) agreed to explore some of the themes raised in this Message"--Introduction, p. [1].
