"Environmental performance agreements (agreements) have been used within Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) to manage risks from selected pollutants, including substances deemed toxic, since 2001. The purpose of this report is to provide a general summary of the results and effectiveness of agreements that were completed before December 2016, and analyze various factors within the agreements that may have influenced their performance"--p.
