"On 6 June 2018, the House of Commons adopted the motion M-154 instructing the Standing Committee on Fisheries and Oceans (the committee) to undertake a study on the situation of endangered whales in Canada. The committee is pleased to present the results of its study in this report, along with recommendations based on the evidence it heard"--Introd., p. 5.
