National action plan for recovery, recycling, and reclamation of chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs) / prepared by the Federal Provincial Working Group on Controls Harmonization (Ozone-depleting Substances). : En108-3/1-47E-PDF

"This report develops the plan for essential recovery, recycling, and reclamation of chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs) for reuse in Canada to ensure that the large consumer and marketplace inventory of these compounds does not enter the atmosphere. Reuse is further necessary for future operation of equipment when production and importation of CFCs becomes severely restricted or is eliminated. The report also deals with the need to recover hydrochlorofluorocarbons (HCFCs) for reuse. A harmonized national action plan containing a set of agreed-upon objectives and tasks is developed to provide a basis for federal and provincial programs, regulatory action, and data development"--Abstract.
