"A weather questionnaire was published in cooperation with the Vancouver Sun (daily newspaper) on February 2, 1985. The intent of the questionnairfe was to gain insight into the degree to which the public uses and understands forecast information and to experiment with new terminology and procedures for writing the forecasts."
