"Floating breakwaters offer a relatively inexpensive alternative for protection from wave attack: at marinas or other shore facilities. This paper collates recent field experience with laboratory experience. In so doing, designers can have increased confidence as to the range of wave conditions for which floating breakwaters are realisticaly applicable"--Management perspective.
