"A Comprehensive Monograph on River Ice Jams, under preparation by the Working Group on this subject since 1985, is nearing completion. A summary of the contents of the Monograph chapters is presented, outlining the scope and depth of the coverage. Together with presentations by chapter authors, it is intended that this paper will help generate discussion and feedback from the Workshop participants"--Abstract.
