To help address this issue, the ADM(S&T) created an agency working group whose task was to generate actionable recommendations for the agency as well as present these recommendations at the 2017 managers’ workshop.The recommendations generated by the group were published as a reference document in 2017 and were categorized under five themes: measuring and communicating progress, recruitment, the hiring process, advancement, and engagement. This report summarizes feedback obtained from the managers’ workshop regarding the implementation of the main recommendations generated by the group.
