"This report has been prepared primarily as a source of informationon the current supply and demand for particleboard in Canada and is for companies considering the establishment of a new plant or those giving consideration to expanding existing facilities. As a basis for assessing the effects of current mill expansions in North America a forecast has been made of Canadian consumption and production capacity for the next five to ten years. To assist in this, an estimate has been made of the size of the present end-use markets for particleboard in Canada, and their growth potential"--Introduction.
