"On November 28, 1974 the Minister of Industry, Trade and Commerce requested the Board to undertake concurrent inquiries on an urgent basis on a number of textile products and to report to him as soon as possible the results of these inquiries. The Board has already reported to the Minister on some of the products in question. The present report deals specifically with polyester filament"--page 1.
