"A small-scale trial was carried out with DB Technology's Voice MessengerTM, a computer operated voice messaging system. Since the user community was quite small, a full-fledged impact analysis was not feasible. Nevertheless, the comments contained herein are of interest since they could be used to analyze and compare other voice messaging systems"--Executive Summary.
