"As part of the quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) program for sediments under the auspices of the Great Lakes Action Plan (GLAP), an interlaboratory study (G-2) for the analysis of selected chlorinated hydrocarbons in sediments was designed and conducted. Twenty-three laboratories were sent five test samples including one standard solution and four naturally contaminated sediments. Each laboratory was requested to analyze HCBD, OCS, HCB and other CBs in all test samples. Fourteen out of twenty-three laboratories submitted results"--Abstract.
