"This is an interim report, made pursuant to section 17 (2) Of the Textile and Clothing Board Act. It relates to the inquiry on clothing undertaken at the request of the Minister of Industry, Trade and Commerce, which inquiry is being carried out to determine whether imports of certain types of clothing are causing or threatening to cause serious injury to production in Canada"--page 1.
