"This report consists firstly of a brief discussion of data availability and quality problems and of the method used to produce a data base which can be used for forecasting. We then describe the alternative forecasting models considered and rationalize the choices made. Forecasts are then presented and discussed, and some summary remarks made. The data used appear as an appendix to this report"--page 2.
